Capital Home Staging & Design is proud to announce that we were the secondary winner at the RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) awards for Company Of The Year-Canada 2012. We have be recognized as being one of Canada's top staging companies "demonstrating professionalism and excellence in staging." Also nominated for awards were Alanna Tozer for Rookie Staging Of The Year and Eric Bowen (Kristy Morrison's husband) for Spouse Of The Year, with Eric taking home the award.

Exploriem.org announced the names of successful nominees for the 2011 Bootstrap Awards. A total of 67 nominations were received, up about ten percent from last year. Out of these, 50 finalists were selected by four judges to compete for one of the ten Bootstrap Awards that will be given out at the Awards.

"For enterprises that are seven years of age or less, these are their 'Academy Awards'," said Bryan Haralovich.Capital Home Staging & Design was nominated for the "Best Micro Business" and "Most Innovative Business Model" award.

Kristy Morrison has been nominated by her clients and business affiliates, as well as peers, for the RESA's (Real Estate Staging Association) Rookie Stager Of The Year Award for the second year in a row. In Las Vegas, Nevada RESA held the first ever home staging conference and awards ceremony, where home stagers from all over North America (and Australia) attended to learn various skills and business aspects, as well as attend the awards ceremony. RESA is the first trades association for home stagers committed to advancing the professionalism and excellence in real estate staging. RESA encourages all professional home stagers to seek continuing education so they can provide the best possible staging service to their clients. Kristy has been a member of RESA since she opened her business in 2008 and values their presence in the staging industry. She also believes in continuing education and providing the best possible service to all of her clients. In 2009 and then again 2010 Kristy was nominated for RESA Rookie Stager of the Year. This award is open to business less than two years old that have demonstrated exceptional staging and business skills. The awards are open to all home stagers in North America. RESA narrows down the entrants to the top five nominations and asks them to submit a five page summary of their business and accomplishments. Then it is judged by a panel of industry professionals including Realtors.

The Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics is designed to promote not only the importance of ethical business practices, but the willingness and efforts made by outstanding businesses to ensure that our marketplace remains fair and honourable.
