Decorating fees can be expensive, hiring a decorator, then buying all new furniture even though you just bought a couch 2 years ago is not feasible! Don’t waste your time or money revamping your whole home when you can redesign it.

Redesigning is decorating meets staging where we take decorating and staging principles, pull it all together into a report that you can evaluate and take on at as much or as little as you like. If you need assistance shopping, we can help with that as well.

Redesign Packages

1) Colour Consultation(2 hours)
We will help you chose a colour palate that is right for you and your home.

2) Verbal Discussion on possible layouts & colour. (2.5hr max)

This is much like a staging consultation where we will walk through the home with the home owner and discuss options that we see available as far as placement of furniture and maximizing space. We will also discuss areas that may require something in order to create a focal point or purpose to the room. During this consultation we may also discuss paint if it is required as this is an optional aspect to our verbal discussion.

3) Written report with a computer generated layouts (min 2 layout options) & Colour .

This type of report is best for those that want a detailed written report with more than one option displayed in a birds eye view layout showing potential layout options that are available for each room we are hired for. This allows homeowners to take the report and execute the suggestions on their own time frame, from one week to over a few years. It helps to prepare what they should anticipate to do to their home.
