These days home staging is very important to a fast effective sale of a home by using PROPER staging methods (NOT what you see on TV!). Consultation:

This is the first step to getting your home ready for sale. Our consultation is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (for the average home). Using our Exclusive Capital Home Staging & Design Home Evaluation Handbook we will walk through the home filling out our handbook, providing you with details as to what you need to do in order to have your home sold in 30 days or less. As well as fit into your BUDGET and result in the high return on investment. Pairing our Evaluation Handbook with the APSD™ Staging Pyramid and layering in a Pocket of Emotion ™ we are able to focus on key staging systems that deliver RESULTS not just "attractive homes".
